We know you are excited to receive your delivery from Pet Delight Store, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.

We ship with Australia Post, toll and Aramex and they are currently experiencing delays in their delivery times as COVID-19 has made a large impact in their systems and ability to ship products effectively. For any inconvenience caused we apologise, this is something that will change in the near future.

Where is your HQ and warehouse based?

Our warehouses are in Sydney, NSW and our office is in Adelaide, SA.

Is Delivery Free?

For a limited time only, we are offering Free Delivery Australia Wide with no minimum order value.

How long until I get my delivery?

We process all orders within 48 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your products as soon as possible. You will receive your order usually between within 8-14 business days of placing your order.

Can I change your order?

If you require a change or cancellation on your order, please contact us within two hours and we will make the changes if your order has not been shipped.
